Positive mind and body - Fran's programme specifically for women
As a practice nurse my special interest and passion has always been women's health, originally specialising in family planning and having significant experience supporting women of all ages as part of my practice nurse role.
So I have set up a specific programme within positive steps called positive mind and body, aimed at women to provide help, support and solutions for those life events that are unique to women. These include :
Teens and early 20s - I can help with positive body image, self-confidence and handling stress at this critical stage of your life
Parenting - Trying for a baby, being a mum, juggling a career, "empty nest" can leave you stressed and low on confidence.
Menopause - Whether approaching or experiencing the menopause I offer help with worries, symptoms or just general well-being through this time
Later life - Post menopausal issues, bereavement, facing up to retirement - let me help with anything that you need at this time
